1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Duramo Lab, you accept these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.

2. Description of Service

Duramo Lab provides text-to-speech, selected voice workflows, project management, and a JWT-authenticated API where documented. Features, languages, limits, retention, and availability may vary by plan.

3. User Accounts

You need an account for most features. Keep your credentials safe. Give us accurate info when you sign up.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Make illegal, defamatory, or infringing content
• Clone a voice without the owner’s consent
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Generate spam or malware
• Reverse engineer or extract our source code
• Bypass the API with automated means

5. Voice Cloning

When you upload audio to clone a voice, you confirm that you own the recording or have documented permission to use it. You must not clone public figures, protected voices, or another person without permission. We may suspend or remove content reported as unauthorized.

6. Subscription and Payments

We offer free and paid plans. Manual payments remain pending until an authorized administrator verifies the transaction. The submitted amount, currency, plan, and payment method are recorded at submission. Refunds, disputes, and cancellations are handled under our Refund Policy. Digital activation and delivery are described in our Shipping & Service Delivery Policy.

7. Payments and PayFast

All card and EFT payments are securely processed by PayFast (Pty) Ltd, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway. Prices are displayed in USD. PayFast may present the charge in PKR or your local currency at checkout based on your card or bank settings.

You agree to PayFast’s buyer protection terms as displayed during checkout. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy and processed through PayFast back to the original payment method. We reserve the right to update pricing with 30 days’ prior notice.

8. Credits and Usage Limits

Your plan sets your credits. You spend credits as you use the service — 1.5 per character. Credits don’t roll over unless we say so. We can adjust rates with notice.

9. Generated Content

You retain rights to text you submit. Use of generated audio, including commercial use, depends on the selected plan, provider restrictions, and any applicable written agreement. We do not grant rights you do not otherwise have.

10. Intellectual Property

Duramo Lab owns the service — the software, design, logos, and branding. Don’t use our trademarks without written permission.

11. Termination

We can suspend or terminate your account anytime for breaking these terms, illegal activity, or at our discretion. When we do, your access ends immediately.

12. Limitation of Liability

The service comes “as is” with no warranties. Duramo Lab isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. If you keep using the service after changes, you accept the new terms. We’ll email you about material changes.

14. Governing Law

These terms follow applicable law. Disputes go to the appropriate courts.
