How do credits work?
Every text-to-speech request consumes credits based on character count (1.5 credits per character). Your plan determines your monthly credit allowance. Unused credits do not roll over unless stated in your plan.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you upgrade, the new allowance takes effect immediately. When you downgrade, the change applies at the start of your next billing period.
Is voice cloning included?
Voice cloning is available on the Pro plan and above. Each plan includes a documented number of voice clone slots. Free accounts do not have cloning access.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept manual payments. The submitted amount, currency, plan, and payment method are recorded at submission. An authorized administrator verifies each transaction before it is applied to your account.
All payments are securely processed by PayFast, a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateway.
Visa and Mastercard accepted. PayFast also supports Instant EFT and other local payment methods.
