Duramo Lab provides digital services. No physical shipping is required.
1. No Physical Shipping
Duramo Lab does not sell or ship physical goods. Plans, credits, generated audio, voice tools, script tools, and API access are delivered electronically through your account.
2. Account and Free Services
Free account access is available after registration and any required account verification. The available credits, voices, storage, and features are shown in your account and may depend on the active plan.
3. Paid Plan Activation
For manual or review-based payments, the payment submission remains pending until an authorized administrator verifies it. After payment approval, the selected plan and its digital credits or features are activated in the account.
4. Audio and Voice Services
Text-to-speech results are delivered in the dashboard after processing. Voice cloning and script rendering may take additional processing time depending on the sample, queue, provider, and requested settings. Status and available download links are shown in the account.
5. API Access
Developer API access is delivered electronically through authenticated account credentials and documented endpoints. API usage remains subject to the account plan, rate limits, credit balance, and acceptable-use rules.
6. Service Availability
Processing time and availability can vary because of maintenance, queues, provider availability, network conditions, or plan limits. If payment was approved but the purchased service is not available, contact support so we can investigate and correct the account or review the payment under our Refund Policy.
